Do you charge a booking fee or credit card Fee?
Nop. We like to be as VANtastic as we can, which means there are no booking or credit card fees when hiring a van.
What if I find the exact same van/camper elsewhere for cheaper?
We will price match a better price found elses where for the same* van/camper at the time of booking. *brand, size, company, etc.
What if I want to make changes to my booking?
If you wish to make changes to your booking either give Park My Van a call on (02) 800MY PMV (69 768) or call the van company directly. Amendments to bookings will depend on the van comapny policies, time before travel and avaliability. For the rental terms and conditions click here.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
It will depending on the date and time before you travel. Each van company has a slightly different booking policy. To check out all the Van booking policies click here.
What if I can't get the Van back in time?
Usually you will be charges another days rental. This may vary from supplier to suppler. Check your rental agreement and give the depo a call.
What if i crash the Van?
Ow No... So you've had a crash! We hope your ok.
If it warrents, alert the appropriate authorities immediatly. if there has been an injury call the ambulance on 000, if another vechile is involved call the Police on 000, if there is a fire or petrol leaking call the Fire Brigagde on 000.
Be sure to call the Van rental company ASAP (when safe to do so). Check your policy for the excess that you will be charged. You can choose to reduce your excees at the time of booking or when you pick up your van. Most Van companies include road side assistance if you require towing. Check your policy for the Road Side Assistance details.
